Chocolate Swirl Banana Bread

We LOVE making things together.
We found a little gem on http://jamiecooksitup.net
SUCH good banana bread!
Chocolate Swirl Banana Bread!!

Chocolate Swirl Banana Bread

Time: 15 minutes hands on + 1 hour 15 minutes baking
Yield: 1 loaf

2 C flour
3/4 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 C sugar
1/4 C butter, softened
1 1/2 C mashed ripe banana (3 bananas should do the trick)
2 extra large eggs
1/3 C vanilla yogurt (I used light)
1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
Melt the chocolate chips to mix with 1/2 of the batter.  Then swirl together.  Very Fun and Very Yummy!
Each time we make this, we have to double the recipe.  One to enjoy and the other to share :)

We've never had vanilla yogurt either so we always put in whatever we have in the fridge.  Peach or blueberry or strawberry.  Peach Banana Strawberry bread.  YUMMY!

The way we mix Ranch dressing in our house!

VIDEO:  River and Silver Mixing their Ranch!

They had so much fun mixing the ranch, I had to include another Video!

River with a stack of pancakes.

Silver and I had a fun time making dirt cakes and sticking in twig "candles" and singing happy birthday :)  Precious Memories!

Oh, juice is so cold and yummy, it's hard to resist reaching into it!

Especially when you have the ittiest bittiest cup ever!

Sweet Sticky Summer!
